TV beauty Kelly Brook was at Southampton Airport to help a new inflight entertainment scheme get off the ground.

The model joined cabin crew at the terminal to showcase an initiative rolled out by Sky and Flybe.

Damm it! I would have camped outside with a red rose in my mouth and hoped.

Desperation by Flybe based on last weeks poor financial results and redundancies?
Prefer lower fares than money spent on gadgets which most passengers already own.
However cabin crew like Kelly Brook would be most welcome!

Strange one this, so routes from Southampton to Edinburgh are typically around 1hr flight duration. You're nto allowed to use electronic devices for the first and last 10-15 minutes so you're left with around 30-40 minutes worth of use - rip off!

Like the poster above said, concentrate on reducing fares, three of us to travel to Edinburgh in Jan was £505, got the same flights from Bristol for £180. Easy decision to make.

For sure. Thay have touchscreens on the back of seats on some trains from Reading to London. You can purchase TV shows upto an hour long. The journey is usually less than 45 minutes.
