A HAMPSHIRE human resources consultancy will be welcoming a new addition to its growing team of professionals.
Sam Seymour joins Romsey firm Pure Human Resources as a new consultant this summer joining the team of which supports small and medium businesses on the south coast with HR and training queries and needs.
After graduating from university, Sam, 35, worked in the hospitality industry where she found her passion for HR. Her experience led her to working within a global IT company where she developed her knowledge and skills.
A mother-of-two, she held a regional HR advisory role in the healthcare sector which expanded Sam’s employment relations case knowledge and union involvement.
Sam, 35, joinsManaging director Steph Barnett said: “Sam is going to be a great new addition to our team. Her personality and skills complement our existing provision and her ability to consider the commercial impact on advice and recommendations is amazing.”
Sam added: “I am passionate about HR. I follow inspirational leaders and not companies and after meeting Steph I knew that this is the direction I wanted my career to take.”
