THEY are part of pop’s most famous family and they are set to clinch a hat trick of gigs at a Hampshire club.

Last week Jimmy, Merrill and Jay Osmond played to a full house at Eastleigh’s Concorde Club.

Hot on the heels of that appearance, it has been revealed that the legendary trio have been booked to return on March 16, 2017.

Announcing their return, the club’s Jamie Mathieson said: “They are back after yet another amazing performance.”

Last year the Stoneham Lane club pulled off a major coup by signing three members of what is regarded as pop royalty.

Osmondmania gripped the club with an army of die-hard fans – many sporting Osmond T-shirts and carrying vinyl LPs of the family’s hits for signing – paying homage to the 70s chart icons who started as a barbershop quartet.

Up to then the closest that many of these fans had come to their idols was through posters on bedroom walls in teenage years.

The brothers were so overwhelmed with the warm response that they vowed to return to Eastleigh.

And The Concorde, which next year celebrates its 60th anniversary, has now become a firm favourite on the Osmonds’ UK circuit.

They will be showcasing their classic hits including Love Me For A Reason, Crazy Horses, Let Me In, The Proud One, One Bad Apple, Down By The Lazy River and Having A Party.

The Osmonds have sold more than 100 million records, scooping more than 400 gold, silver and platinum records.

Jimmy Osmond had a Christmas number one in the early 70s with Long Haired Lover from Liverpool.

He was then only nine and is still in the Guinness Book of Records for being the youngest performer to have a top single in the UK charts.

And that legendary number will most likely get another airing at The Osmonds’ next Concorde gig.
