PENFOLD Martin Geoffrey Pauline and family would like to thank all those who attended the Celebration of Martin's life and to also thank the GP's and staff at St Francis and Park Surgeries for their exceptional care and treatment of Martin: Mountbatten Hampshire and Community Team for their care, day and night: Dr Kavitha Babu and Team for providing care for Martin since his diagnosis: Hampshire Football Association and Tyro League for their attendance and support: To staff at Park Pharmacy for providing medication for Martin, sometimes at very short notice. To Co-op Funeral Care for the funeral arrangements and to David for conducting the service with such warmth and empathy. Thank you also for the heart warming Condolence cards and tributes in the UK and abroad. Martin will always be missed and has left memories for us to treasure. To those people who made Martin's life even harder since his diagnosis, you know who you are and SHAME on you!! He was a wonderful person who did not deserve the treatment that he received.
