GOAL 22: January 30, 2010 Saints 2 Stockport 0 There was a touch of good fortune about Lambert’s 20th league goal of the season. GOAL 23: February 9, 2010 Saints 3 MK Dons 1 (Johnstone’s Paint Trophy) Saints booked a place at Wembley, as Lambert scored the opening goal in this Southern Area semi-final second leg. GOAL 25: February 27, 2010 Saints 5 Walsall 1 After setting up Saints’ first two goals, Lambert scored the team’s fourth, brilliantly controlling Dean Hammond’s chipped ball towards him at the back post, then powering it into the net.
