CHRISTMAS elves were on hand offering panicked parents expert present advice.
WestQuay Shopping Centre employed Elf Kidsultants to help more than 40 families in Southampton who weren’t sure what their children wanted ahead of the big day.
Three of Santa’s young helpers held free consultations for all parents, aunties and grandparents offering the latest knowledge on must have toys and games.
And the elves also used their years of experience preparing and receiving gifts to guide shoppers around WestQuay with a tech whizz elf, music and fashion elf and sports elf.
Andy Collyer, general manager at WestQuay said: “Christmas is a busy time for Santa and parents, so we decided to lend a hand and check what children, naughty or nice, really want this year.”
