SUPERSTAR actor Benedict Cumberbatch will marry his fiancée in a private ceremony on the Isle of Wight on Valentine’s Day, it has been revealed.
Cumberbatch, known for his roles in TV series Sherlock and hit film The Imitation Game, will tie the knot with Sophie Hunter in a ceremony tomorrow.
The couple famously announced their engagement in the births, marriages and deaths section of the Times in November last year and will marry only three months later.
The exact location of the ceremony has not been disclosed but it was reported that a road has been closed off and that the event will be attended by close friends and family.
London-born actor Cumberbatch is among the nominees for leading actor at the Academy Awards for his role in the Imitation Game, a thriller based on the life of computer scientist Alan Turing.
Bride-to-be Hunter is well known for her work in the theatre and has also recorded a French-language album titled the Isis Project.
The couple first met on the set of 2009 film Burlesque Fairytales.
