POLICE are hunting a thief who targeted a Hampshire mum pushing a pram.
The 18-year-old victim was walking along Cuckmere, towards Totton town centre, pushing the pram, when she was approached by a man who was shouting abusive words at her.
The man then took hold of the changing bag and tried to pull it off of the pram.
The victim tried to hold onto it and it fell to the floor. As the woman went to pick it up, the man pushed her away, picked up the bag and cycled off towards Totton.
He was with another man who was also on a bicycle.
The thief is described as being white and was wearing dark blue jeans, a light grey jumper and a dark grey hoodie.
Anyone with any information about the robbery, which happened on May 17, between 11.40am and 12.30pm, should contact DC Louise Hawkins at Southampton police station by calling 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
