It may have been three years since the London Paralympic games, but the enthusiasm for participation in disability sports has not subsided.
The Hampshire Harriers wheelchair basketball team dates back long before the 2012 games, having been competing for over thirty years. In that time they have produced some top talent including wheelchair rugby Paralympian, Aaron Phipps and are always looking out for the next person to come off of their production line.
The Daily Echo’s Liam Garrahan was invited to a small training session to get a taste of the action.
