The Ageas Family Festival mixes live music from legendary boyband Boyzone with a clash between Hampshire and Middlesex in the Royal London One Day Cup.

The cricket comes first in the one-of-a-kind event before the Irish pop stars take the stage.

Plus the Red Devils will parachute into the stadium during the cricket interval.

And the event is packed full of fun activities for children including laser quest, a climbing wall, a boxing club and a funfair, which opens at 9am.

A day of live music from local bands at the picturesque park, with The Hattie Jacques Playlist headlining. There will also be food, a bar and a selection of children’s activities.

The pub is hosting a one-off music event to raise funds for charities Cardiac Risk in the Young and children’s cancer charity CLIC Sargent.

Eight local bands will perform with the action beginning outdoors before moving inside the pub at around 6pm.

Discover how dinosaurs evolved into modern birds with an exhibition featuring a range of feathers, claws, teeth, eggs and footprints.

It is part of DinoFest 2015 while another dinosaur exhibition is on offer at the Milestones Museum, also Basingstoke, over the weekend.
