Motorway blocked by TANK
A HAMPSHIRE motorway was partially blocked by a tank.
The military vehicle is on the hard shoulder of the M3 southbound near junction 10 at Winchester, with one lane closed as recovery is underway.
It is understood a transporter carrying the tank broke down.
