HE lost 13 stone in 11 months and in the process a Hampshire man has become an internet hit.
Shaun Cox realised he had to do something about his weight when his stomach blocked the view of his beloved Saints on TV.
Since then the Romsey resident has transformed his physique and as his weight plummeted, his internet popularity skyrocketed.
Shaun has nowbagged more than 27,000 hits on video chronicling his dieting and updates his site regularly.
His former habits included drinking 30 pints in one drinking session and eating three takeaway meals by himself, but he has since seen the light.
Shaun said: ““I’ve transformed from a morbidly-obese recluse to a confident fit man with a healthy BMI. I now love nothing more than starting my day with a five-mile run.”
