A three car crash closed a Southampton road.
Police closed The Avenue A33 due to an incident and drivers are reporting delays and Southampton City Council have said the road has been shut due to a crash.
Bassett Ave RTC Road is closed in both directions from Chilworth roundabout to the Winchester Road roundabout, Avoid the area.

Ambulance were called to the scene at 5.48pm to the crash.
They have taken three people to Southampton General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
South Central Ambulance service sent a rapid response vehicle, an ambulance officer and three ambulances to the crash.
Police were also called to the Chilworth roundabout at the top of the A33 where a large log had fallen on the road at 6.10pm.
Hampshire police have said that the left hand lane of the A27 heading eastbound near the junction for the M3 has been closed while thet deal with the incident.
It is not yet clear if the incidents are connected.
The road has now been fully reopened.
