Former offices in city centre could become flats
PLANS to redevelop a site in central Southampton have been handed in to the city council.
2WE Developments Ltd has filed an application to tear down vacant former offices in 61-63 Bernard Street. The firm wants to build a four-storey building on the site, containing nine one-bed and five two-bed flats. A decision from city council planners on the application is due by October 6.
