THERE are long delays on the A31 westbound due to a broken down car.
The car is blocking one lane between near to Picket Post.
There are delays of more than 30 minutes as a result of the incident.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said they would assist if called, but it was 'a highways issue'.
