EMERGENCY services are at the scene of an incident in Southampton city centre.
Briton Street has been closed and a witness said a building has been evacuated following the incident.

Buses are being diverted around the area.

Firefighters were called at around 9am this morning by a person who saw smoke on the third floor of City Court on Bargate.
A spokesperson from Hampshire police said crews were still investigating but that there was no sign of fire.
