The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

MAX PLAISTER, 21, of HMP Winchester pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a kitchen window worth £150 in Eastleigh. He was ordered to pay £150 compensation. 

VADIMS ROGOVSKIS, 19, of Golden Grove, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving without insurance on Shirley High Street. He was driving a Honda at the time. Rogovskis was banned from driving for six months and received six points on his licence. He was also fined £505 and must pay £110 court costs. 

CONNOR HAYNES, 31, of Lydgate Road, Southampton admitted driving with no front registration plate and driving without a seat belt on Charles Watts Way in a Mini Cooper. He was fined £120 and must pay £110 court costs plus a £48 surcharge.

DAMIEN GORMAN, 35, of Kathleen Road, Thornhill was found guilty of assault by beating of an emergency worker in Above Bar Street. He received an 18-month conditional discharge and must pay £100 court costs. 

JOSHUA PECK, 26, of Regents Park Road, Southampton admitted drink driving at Junction Road, Totton. He was caught with 51 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Peck was banned from driving for 12 months and must pay a £120 fine. he must also pay £85 court costs and a £48 surcharge. 

BERNADETTE WHELAN, 49, of Dorset Road, Christchurch pleaded guilty to theft from the person of another after a purse and its contents were stolen in Hythe. Whelan was ordered to pay £20 compensation and was jailed for two months. She must also pay £100 court costs. 

ELLA BRINE, 20, of Coach Road, Hamble-le-Rice admitted drink driving on Cumberland Place, Southampton. She was caught with 99 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Brine received a one-year community order with 90 hours of unpaid work. She was also banned from driving for 25 months and must pay £85 court costs plus a £114 surcharge.
