Police were searching for a missing man in Hampshire who may have been wearing a paramedic uniform. 

Matthew Pritchard was last seen leaving his home address in Whiteley at 10.30am on Monday April 8. It was believed he may have then travelled to the New Forest

The 39-year-old was described by police as white, 6ft tall and of muscular build with broad shoulders.

He has grey hair, which is short at the back and sides and longer on top. 

Matthew has a sleeve-style tattoo on his right arm of a heart and a wolf and may be wearing a South Central Ambulance Service uniform. 

Police believe he may be driving his red Ford Fiesta with the registration ending RZA.

A spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said at the time: "We have been carrying out enquiries to try and locate Matthew, but we are very concerned for his welfare and we are now turning to you for assistance."

"If anyone has seen Matthew or has any information about his current whereabouts, please call 999 quoting reference 44240147305."

Police updated on Tuesday night that he has been found.
