Urgent repairs works are set to take place on West Quay Road in Southampton tonight.
Southern Water will be repairing a blockage from 8pm this evening, leading to lane closures heading both in and out of the city centre.
Southampton Travel – Southampton City Council and Balfour Beatty Highways Partnership – has advised motorists to plan their journeys in advance.

Informing followers on X, a spokesperson for Southampton Travel said: “Urgent Southern Water repairs are taking place on West Quay Road tonight (from 8pm) to repair a blockage.”
