Close to 1,400 home buyers have registered their interest in a new Cambuslang development.

This comes as Glasgow home builders Dawn Homes announced the final phase of their Camas Walk development off Bogleshole Road.

A total of 1,387 prospective homeowners have expressed interest in the 55 energy-efficient properties.

Details of the final phase are available online, showcasing a variety of three, four, and five-bedroom options, including the three-bedroom Carrick, the four-bedroom Nairn, and the grand five-bedroom Teviot spanning three floors.

This month, the homes will be available to reserve for those subscribed to the mailing list prior to releasing for the wider public.

Liz Cleghorn, regional sales director, said: "Our earlier phases of homes at Cambuslang have been hugely successful and we’re not surprised home buyers are signing up to the wait list to be among the first to find out exclusive details of the homes here such as the plots within the first release and the prices.

“Competitive mortgage products are on the market once again and with that, buyers are now seizing the opportunity to move to their first home, to get more space, or to live in their preferred location.

"Our final phase at Cambuslang includes a collection of homes that will suit a range of buyers and we’re excited to bring these to the market in a few weeks.”
