A WOMAN had to be treated for breathing difficulties after a flat blaze.
Firefighters were called to a ground floor flat where a fire had started in the kitchen in the toaster.
Two crews from Gosport attended Tower Close, in Gosport shortly after 8.30am this morning and used a hose, two breathing apparatus and a fan to clear the smoke.
An ambulance was called after a woman developed breathing problems and South Central Ambulance Service said it had treated a woman at the scene for smoke inhalation but did not need to go to hospital.
Damage was limited to the kitchen.
A Hampshire Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said the incident was not being investigated.
