FORMER Saints star Andrew Surman celebrates with his two sons after Bournemouth all but booked their place in next season’s Premier League.

Surman played the whole 90 minutes as Eddie Howe’s amazing Cherries caned Bolton 3-0 at Dean Court last night to virtually guarantee two south coast derbies against the midfielder’s former employers.

Surman made his Saints debut in January 2006 and became a big favourite before leaving to join Wolves in the summer of 2009.

He later played for Norwich before signing permanently for Cherries last summer after a season long loan spell in 2013/14.

Surman has appeared in 40 of Cherries’ 45 Championship games this season, as the club claimed their third promotion in six sensational years.

Another Saints link in the Cherries' dressing room is 'keeper Artur Boruc, who is on loan from St Mary's.
