Hampshire's Mason Crane took 3-3 as England U19s took out their World Cup frustration on Namibia, with a crushing 203-run victory to move to the final of the fifth-placed play-off.

Durham's Jack Burnham hit his third century of the tournament, and Nottinghamshire's Tom Moores seized his first chance in Bangladesh by making 85 from 96 balls, as England piled up 286 for nine in 48 overs after a slightly delayed start in Fatullah.

Captain Brad Taylor then made 23 from just 11 balls before taking 1-22 from seven overs as Namibia were bowled out for 83, with his Hampshire teammate Crane taking the last two wickets.

George Garton, a left-arm seamer from Sussex who was also keen to impress after missing out on the competition proper, took two early wickets in Namibia's reply.

Leg-spinner Crane and Essex all-rounder Dan Lawrence then teamed up to skittle their lower order, with the Africans losing their last five wickets for 12.

Crane finished with three for three from 3.2 overs. He had top scorer Lohan Louwrens caught reverse sweeping for 24, Burton Jacobs caught off a full toss and Fritz Coetzee lbw to a googly.

England now play Pakistan in the play-off final on Friday.
