The elusive Staplewood 'Black Box', which makes up part of Saints' recruitment research facilities based at the club's training ground, will be playing its role to dig up another hidden gem for next season.
New manager Claude Puel is understood to be in the market for a new right-back and possibly a deep lying creative talent.

Saints have already signed wide-man Nathan Redmond for £10m from Norwich City and £12m central midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg from Bayern Munich.
