Ronald Koeman has angrily refuted suggestions he is pushing to take over at Chelsea.
The back page of a national newspaper carried quotes from Koeman translated from an interview he did with a Dutch radio station, which suggested he was hoping Blues interim boss Guus Hiddink would recommend him for the job.
Koeman was not impressed, and slammed suggestions he was angling to take over at Stamford Bridge.
He insisted: “That’s always the problem if you do something in Dutch. Maybe they have some difficulties to translate it the right way in the newspaper.
“It’s all bullshit.
“You write what you want, you can’t win against them and that’s the reason I don’t react about that.
“Everybody knows in Southampton that I am very happy in Southampton.
“Still one year of contract and I will continue in Southampton and what happens in the future nobody knows.”
