Drivers in Totton faced long delays as a main road became partially blocked after a man suffered a medical episode at the wheel.
Many motorists on Commercial Road in Totton faced delays after police and the South Coast Ambulance Service rushed to an incident outside 99 Bikes store.
Drivers passing by the scene at the time said that police had erected screens - causing much concern for those passing the scene.

The force has now confirmed that a man, who was in a vehicle, was taken to hospital.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Police were called at 3.34pm on Tuesday, 14 May to reports of a man in a vehicle on Commercial Road, who appeared to be suffering a medical episode.
"He was taken to hospital for treatment."
